Situated across from the Gungahlin Marketplace, Canberra's newest and northern most Town Centre, the Canberra Raiders Sports Club offers members and their guests an environment that sets a standard for Clubs.
Open since mid-1999, we are still very much a 'new' Club.
Originally starting as a sports club, sponsoring great clubs such as the Gungahlin Eagles (Rugby Union), Gungahlin Bulls/junior (Rugby League)and many more affiliates, the club has grown a good reputation as a great sponsor and an excellent club.
During 2006-2007 the club embarked on major changes, refurbishing and creating alot of new areas.
Zeebar, Sportsbar, Lounge 23, K.O (Kids Only area), Function room and two secluded outside areas with sports and music on the plasma screen tvs have transformed The Raiders into a diverse, modern style looking club.

Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club

As the name implies, the Gungahlin Lakes course features attractive lakes and ponds with challenging water carries across fairways and to greens. The 6,198 metre, par 72 (rated 72) championship layout is regarded by many who have played it as on of the more challenging courses in the ACT District.
From a very spartan begining Gungahlin Lakes now boasts a 4,000m2 Clubhouse which was completed and opened in 1998. It features dining for 270, a fantastic outdoor BBQ area, poker machines, full ACTTAB betting facilities on the upper level, and Spike Bar, Pro Shop and golfing members lounge on the lower level.
The dining room of the Clubhouse boast magnificent views to the 18th hole, and is the perfect environment to relax in at any time.

Located in the prestigious Nicholls Estate and two minutes away from some of Canberra’s leading tourist attractions Gold Creek provides Canberra’s only true country club experience.
Gold Creek Country Club provides state-of-the-art facilities accommodating golfers of all levels. An 18 hole, par 72 course, a first-class driving range and three practice holes are available for all players.
We have 65 motorised golf carts available along with equipment hire and a fully stocked pro shop retailing equipment, apparel and accessories. Steve Whitelock our PGA golf professional is available to provide lessons to members and casual patrons 7 days per week.
Bar / Bistro
Under new management, the Bar/Bistro facility at Gold Creek Country Club is coming along in leaps and bounds.Bistro hours are noon to 2.00pm and 6.00pm to 8.00pm (Thursday, Friday and Sunday) or noon to 8.00pm (Wednesday and Saturday). The bar is open from 9.30am to at least 8.00pm each and every day.
