Design award for Gungahlin Town Centre

Gungahlin Town Centre has taken out the Master-planned Mixed-use Development Award in the 2008 Urban Development Institute of Australia's NSW/ACT awards for Excellence.Attorney General Simon Corbell said judges were impressed by the diversity, walkability, active street frontages and proactive approach to achieving a mix of uses, both residential and commercial.
