Ok, nobody likes paying tip fees, especially as they continue to go up and up and more and more items attract additional charges (like computer monitors, mattresses and tyres) but is it really fair to dump what can best be described as 'crap' near the charity bins around Gungahlin Town Centre?

This Christmas season has seen such an unsightly mess outside the bins in Hibberson Street, Gungahlin. I've heard that dirty nappies, smashed TV's and household waste are regularly dumped in the bins.

To the people who do this (you know who you are and must surely know what your doing is wrong (don't you?) - come on, lift your game. It costs the charities thousands of dollars a year to clean up and dispose of the rubbish, money that could go towards people who are (no doubt) more needy than the 'dumpers'.
